Pre-Ramadan Dinner 

This is an annual event occuring the last saturday prior to Ramadan. This is a day of encouragement and reflection for the upcoming fast. A guest Imam delivers the Khutbah for this event and it is followed with a festive meal.

Asian, Indian, Middle East, African American, and Africa will host various nights. A Short talk about the customs and the cultural aspects of Ramadan will be shared from various parts of the Islamic world. Sign up sheet per region.

Iftar at City Hall

City Hall, Friday Night, Date Sept 28,2007, 5:30pm – 8:30PM

This Dawah program will be held at City Hall. The program is designed for introducing Islam to non Muslims and sponsored by MICGH in cooperation with The Muslim Coalition of Connecticut, The Harmony Foundation,, The African Dawah Society, and The Somalian Affairs Committee.
